Job Title: Administrative Assistant

Reports to: Chief of Staff

Position Summary

The Administrative Assistant provides essential administrative and organizational support to ensure the efficient operation of the office or department. This role handles a variety of clerical, scheduling, communication, and coordination tasks while maintaining a high level of professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail. The Administrative Assistant supports leadership and team members by managing day-to-day administrative activities and helping streamline processes. 

Key Responsibilities

Administrative Support

  • Provide general administrative support including data entry, document preparation, and record maintenance
  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate logistics (meeting rooms, virtual meetings, materials)
  • Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents as requested

Office & Operational Support

  • Maintain office supplies, equipment, and inventory; place orders as needed
  • Assist with onboarding activities, travel arrangements, and expense reporting
  • Support office procedures and help improve administrative workflows
  • Plan and coordinate office parties and events

Qualifications

Required

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s degree preferred
  • 2+ years of administrative or office support experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) or similar tools
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred

Experience supporting managers or multiple team members

**All positions with this company require the ability to work independently, manage deadlines and complete projects successfully with minimal supervision.
