IS Partners, LLC provides the "Seal of Excellence" to current clients who have successfully completed a SAS 70 Type I or Type II Audit with an "unqualified audit opinion". An "unqualified audit opinion" is an Independent Service Auditor Report that does not contain any design and/or operating effectiveness weaknesses or reportable conditions during the respective audit period. IS Partners, LLC's "Seal of Excellence" symbolizes this achievement.

The "Seal of Excellence" is prominently displayed on the client's Independent Service Auditor Report and is made available for posting on the client's web site.

The "Seal of Excellence" represents the client's dedication to maintaining internal controls to support "in scope" business operations and/or information technology controls; however, it is not intended to provide any assurance about the client's overall systems of control.

The client's SAS 70 Audit Report must be read in its entirety to determine the level of assurance that can be placed on its contents.
